• A handwritten application letter addressed to the President of HITAS

• A certified true copy of the birth certificate

• A Photocopy of GCE A/level or Baccalaureate certificate (or result slip)

• A photocopy of GCE A/level of Baccalaureate transcript

• Photocopies of academic report cards for Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth or Première and Terminale
•  
• Two (2) recent passport-size photographs (4×4)
•  

• A non-refundable application processing fee of 20,000 FCFA

• An A4 envelope containing the applicant’s mailing address
