HITAS is proud to announce the launch of a new International Bachelor’s program in Nursing Sciences, offered in partnership with leading Italian institutions.
If you hold a Baccalauréat C, D, F8, or a GCE A/L in Sciences (with Biology and Chemistry), and dream of building a healthcare career abroad, this opportunity is for you.
This new program is delivered in collaboration with Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences (Unicamillus) and the University of Foggia in Italy. It is supported by the Italian government, which has selected three African institutions — a public university in Somalia, one in Kenya, and HITAS in Cameroon — to participate in this special initiative aimed at strengthening the training of medical and healthcare professionals.
Over the course of three years, students will receive high-level academic training at HITAS, along with an academic exchange period of three to six months in Italy at the University of Foggia, fully funded by the program.
Upon completion of the Bachelor’s degree, students will spend a full year in Rome for a paid final-year internship and professional integration. Following the internship, they will be placed in a network of private Italian clinics for employment.
Admissions will be based on a competitive entrance examination organized by HITAS.
